Christofer Gorne Zoppi
Christofer is a mechanical engineer with expertise in computational mechanics with studies completed in Caracas (Venezuela) and later on in Stuttgart (Germany). His professional experience includes roles at AIRBUS in stress analysis and at Bombardier Transportation and ALSTOM Transportation, where he focused on vehicle design and structural integrity for the rail industry.
He played a leading role in standardizing the processes for evaluating train strength carbody design in ALSTOM. He was involved in detailed analysis validation to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards and contributed to the development of new train platforms by analysing structural designs, optimizing them for performance and safety.
His expertise and activities were strongly applied in the development of software for automation of structural strength evaluation, providing technical expertise in different projects, as well as training the engineering community. He also managed technical teams in coordinating efforts across different engineering disciplines to meet project milestones and technical requirements.
